Hey there! I’m Brian.
I’m a game developer from the San Francisco Bay Area and my main focus in the industry is game, level, and sound design.
My interest in playing video games had always been around since I was little, but I didn’t get interested in game development until high school when I had the chance to start programming. That interest continued on to my time in Las Positas Community College where I took several Computer Science courses and then transferred to CSU Chico to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation and Game Development.
During my time in Chico, I learned about many of the aspects of game development from pre-production all the way to publishing, but I mainly had an interest in the design of games. There was something about optimizing the overall feeling of the game for the best player experience that drew my interest.
I have one published game on Steam which is Knighty Night and most of my other games are available to download on Itch.io. A bulk of my experience in development has been in Unity, but I’m currently shifting my focus towards using Unreal Engine to get more comfortable with other engines. As far as sound design goes, most of my experience is in ProTools, but I’m also trying to get more experience in Reaper and Wwise with any new projects.
