Runny Bunny

Runny Bunny is a 2D platformer where the character is constantly running to the right and the player must put down springs, walls and floors to help the bunny from running into a trap.

Runny Bunny was created for the 2017 Chico Annual Game Jam in 48 hours and the theme for this game jam was “Guardian”. As stated above, the mechanics for the game were very straightforward. Your character would constantly run to the right and you had to protect it from running into multiple hazards such as thorns, spiders and pits.

This game was my first experience with sound design, but was a very fun learning experience nonetheless. Since I had no prior knowledge of how to implement sound design properly, I ended up starting at the very basics by mixing in Audacity and implementing them through a audio manager in Unity.
